Production & Delivery and Return Policy 

 

Production times 

Our production times can take anything from one (1) to five (5) working days depending the scope and the size of the project. 

 

Delivery fees 

We have a standard courier delivery fee of R99.00 across the Republic of South Africa. 

 

Our delivery times 

Our delivery times are usually within one (1) to five (5) working days for local and main city centres and with one (1) to ten (10) working days for outlying areas. That Little Decor Company always wishes to deliver your product/order on time as scheduled. However, if and when unruly circumstances occur, only then will be unable to guarantee that your order/s will be delivered within the scheduled time frame. It is also very important to note that we do not deliver any order/s to any postal addresses. Once your order has been placed and paid we cannot change your delivery address. 

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays. 

Every reasonable effort is taken to ensure that the delivery costs displayed on the site are correct at the time of your purchase(s). However, if a delivery fee(s) is incorrectly displayed, That Little Decor Company will not be obliged to deliver product(s) at an incorrect delivery fee(s). That Little Decor Company will only be liable to return payment(s) already made by you in the case you choose to cancel the sale once you have been made aware of the correct delivery fee(s).

Note that the delivery fees can increase and/or decrease over a period/course of several season/s due to factor/s such as market conditions, suppliers, increase in petrol prices.

When do we start counting days? 

It all depends on your payment method.

EFT - The next working day after payment has been received.

Non EFT (Credit Card / Debit Card) - The next working day after the order has been placed. 

 

Products and availability

Please note that That Little Decor Company will always make reasonable attempts to ensure that your products and/or special offers are fulfilled. If for any unforeseen reason that That Little Decor Company are unable to fulfil any order because of stock being sold out, due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, material or suppliers, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought, or legislation, That Little Decor Company will inform you via email and you'll be entitled to a reimbursement for the rand value you have paid for such product. 

 

Confirmation email

As soon as your order has been paid and placed from our website, you will be notified via email that your product is in production and that your product is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or unforeseen expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. 

 

Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of That Little Decor Company due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, material or suppliers, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought, or legislation. 

 

Tracking and delivery 

To follow your order please refer to the tracking / order number supplied to you in your confirmation email. Once you have received the product by delivery from our preferred courier services, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect your product for any faults, damage or defects that could have occurred.   As a precaution, keep the receipt of the delivered product in a safe place.  

 

Returns policy 

At That Little Decor Company we focus on quality products and great customer service therefore we are absolutely sure that you will adore your product from the moment you receive it. If for any unknown reason you as a customer are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your product to our Head Office for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are:

1. Returned in their original packaging and condition 

2. The product has not been tampered with 

3. The product has not been exposed to severe temperatures

Note: A customer refund will be given via EFT into a legit cheque/savings account. This will only be paid once the product have been returned in their original condition and gone through a quality control inspection.
